Preamble to the Universal Cosmohumanistic Declaration of Human Rights

SPIRITUAL & INFORMATIONAL ESSENCE OF LIFE

What is life? Life is an evolutionary process (EP) of development of different types, classes and levels of brute matter which is perceived as a thought, image, spiritual & evolutionary informational consciousness realized by means of relations between energy, speed, movement and matter as one of ways of realization of information (consciousness) in space and time.

The driving information force of EP of all forms of life is energy which is a high-speed form of materialization and dematerialization out of the relationship between movement, speed and matter. Interrelation of energy, movement, speed, mass and antimass is ubiquitous information - consciousness.

Human consciousness is infinitely diverse, non-linear, spiritual & evolutionary informational matrix ideal model which has a supermemory (containing the entire Universe’s knowledge without exception), reflecting the objective reality of brute matter and subtle matter of the world around. It provides a highly organized process of meaningful development, improvement and protection of various types, forms, grades and levels of informational life.

Primary – subtle matter information which doesn’t exist without movement.

Secondary – subtle matter energy (information force).

Tertiary – subtle matter which makes an undivided spiritual & evolutionary informational matrix ideal model, eternal and immortal consciousness of our “Ego”.

All 12 levels of human consciousness which are the information centers of supervision appear to be the intellectual apparatus and contain the evolutionary laws of personality

Thinking is a higher evolutionary character of human consciousness in relation to development process and highly organized process of development, self-improvement and maximum realization. Thinking causes a searching and processing of information of the consciousness level and models mosaic of leading systems, evolution (as a rule) and involution (as exception).

Not existence determines consciousness but information (consciousness) determines existence, since “… who possesses spiritual information – possesses the World”.

BRIEF CLASSIFICATION OF INFORMATION

From the point of view of Cosmoeniopsychology, the basis of manifestation ofall forms of lifeisspiritual andevolutionarybrute matter and subtle matterinformation that cannotexist withoutmovement. As we know, information and movement give rise to information strength, energyand different types ofmatterstartingfrom thesubtleto brute matter. Cosmohumanistic sciencesdivideinformationon types, forms, classes, levels, speed of movement, colors, and images.

TWO BASIC TYPES OF INFORMATION

Absolute, spiritual, moral and positive evolutionary information is called such information which generates all the positive developments in life and leads the mankind to self-knowledge, self-improvement and harmonious spiritual and moral, intellectual and physical development, maximum realization, progress, as well as to the knowledge of the essence of the Existence and Creator. For example, faith, love, kindness, warmth, sun, people, health, air, earth, etc. The originator, consumer and custodian of this information is the Creator and His Hierarchy that give this information to all forms of life, including the human, as a priceless gift of evolution.

Antispiritual and negative involutionary information is called such information which leads to the human degradation, repgreee and destruction of civilization. It is the opposite of evolutionary information and generates (through disbelief, deception, disease, hatred, evil and fanaticism) all the negative aspects of life. For example, extremism, terrorism, nationalism, sadism, etc. This kind of information also includes coldness, lightning, hurricane, volcanic eruption, earthquake, war, death, etc. The source, consumer and custodian of this information is the antispiritual world which sends it to all forms of life, including the human, as involutionary information (disinformation).

FOUR BASIC FORMS OF INFORMATION

Natural information (source of life) is such information which is, in its original, natural form, without processing and transformation, received and used by humans and other life forms. For example, love, goodness, faith, conscience, and their opposites. Natural information is regarded to be relations between elementary particles and their tracks, spin-spin and nilsingular (nilmatter) symptoms, atoms, molecules, cells, organisms, planets, plasmas, vacuums and inter-vacuum states, galaxies and all other environments of the Universe.

Artificial information is regarded to be natural information which is used by the humans and other forms of life in the processed and transformed forms (on the conscious and unconscious levels). These are the structural & code data, in the form of signals, useful books, machines, theories, things, songs, thoughts and their opposites, which is produced, accepted, processed, used and transmitted.

Subtle matter non-verbal information is regarded to be information which is perceived by the human (on the conscious and unconscious levels) without the participation of the six senses in the form of thoughts, images. For example, belief in the Creator, in yourself, in others, love, forgiveness, kindness, inspiration, joy, and their opposites. The source of subtle matter evolutionary information is the subtle matter Universe and its Creator. The source of the subtle matter involutionary information (soulless) is the subtle matter antispiritual sub-worlds.

Brute matter verbal information is regarded to be information which is perceived by the human and other forms of life by means of the six sensory organs. For example, healthy food, sunshine, pleasant odor, heat, etc., as well as their opposites. For example, poor nutrition, high temperature, unpleasnt odor, etc.

Natural brute matter and subtle matter information is the primary source of all positive and a little negative manifestations of all forms of life, because all forms of life (including the human) forms the mosaic of artificial evolutionary & informational programs (as a rule), and involutionary programs as a mistake.

It is impossible to know the Universe not knowing the human. And at the same time, the human learning and understanding itself discovers the whole world, the laws that makes and manage the world. The human is a child of the Earth and Space. All our organs relate to the forces circulating at the level of the brute matter biosphere of the Earth and subtle matter Space. Subtle matter worlds of the Universe creates our subtle matter bodies whereas the Earth’s Biosphere creates our biophysical brute matter body. Subtle matter levels of consciousness consist of matter, energy and information of the subtle matter worlds of our Universe. The brute matter biophysical body consists of atoms, molecules, organs and systems which contain almost all chemical elements of the Earth.

On the basis of a synthesis of all knowledge gained by the World Community about the Human (Microcosm) and the Universe (macrocosm), basing on the great practical experience which is the criterion of the truth, theoretical studies and calculations, a new physical & energoinformational model of the system of the human consciousness was created which explains the essence of the brute matter and subtle matter consciousness, thinking and Existence, it solves a centuries-old problem: CONSCIOUSNESS - ENERGY - MATTER.

Basing on this model, system of the human consciousness is a spiritual, moral, evolutionary, physical & energoinformational, non-linear, open, multi-function, unit-type (4 spiritual & evolutionary units +1 unit “the Spirituality”), multi-level (12 levels and Spirituality) structure which has cosmoplanet Divine nature and reflects the objective reality of the brute matter and subtle matter of the world around. The basic matter of the system of the human consciousness is the subtle matter spiritual and evolutionary information at 99.999999%, whereas the quantity of the brute matter evolutionary information is only 0.000001% of the total human biophysical systems. If we take the total volume of the entire human system, including the subtle matter bodies, then the volume of the brute matter will be far less.

     

Basing on the fact that the system of the human consciousness mainly consists of the subtle matter positive, moral, spiritual, and absolute information of not the Earth but cosmic nature, we can definitely say that it has the nature of its Universal Creator, whose name is the Lord.

The system is its evolutionary order, inseparable from the function, that is to say, ordered, harmonious work which is reached by strict implementation of 12 spiritual and moral Laws of construction, development and improvement of the human consciousness.

These Laws conform to the rules of morality and ethical code and do not contradict with the basic religions. Their execution, realizing and implementation in any sphere of life are very important for self-realization of the human “Ego”. They exclude all negative phenomena of life which cause diseases and early old age and personal degradation. These negative phenomena such as wars, extremism, terrorism, revolutions, fundamentalism, and chauvinism affect both the human and the Earth with all forms of life. Therefore, the Mankind should totally get rid of them.

Taking into account the negative practices of conflict relations between people of different societies, strengthening of psychology of consumption, neglect of the Declaration of the United Nations Organization, neglect of the human rights and freedoms, spread of terrorism, armed conflicts,

Taking into account globalization of destructive processes in the system “Human-Nature-Culture”, character of modern technological, social and other cataclysms threatening the existence of our civilization,

Taking into account the pressing need to spread the Knowledge gained by the World Uniform Cosmohumanistic System in order to introduce the harmony and order in the life of every human being, change (expand) of the human consciousness, preparation to the transition to the Golden Age, formation of spiritual & informational civilization the Creator’s Golden Age,

proclaims this UNIVERSAL COSMOHUMANISTIC DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS which all peoples andnations should tend to execute; every individual andevery organ of society, constantlyreferring tothis declarationandknowledge of the systemof human, spiritual and informationalnature of life, shall strive byteaching and education topromote, throughthe nationalandinternational,universal and effective recognition, implementation ofthem bothamong the peoples ofthe states-members of the Organizationand the peoples of territoriesunder their jurisdiction.

Article 1

All individuals living on the Earth should follow the Declaration of the United Nations Organization.

Article 2

Each Person in their business should have an access to information about programs and data base of the World Uniform Cosmohumanistic System.

Article 3

Each person has the right to have a decent and happy life, freedom and personal security as well as freedom of choice.

Article 4

All countriesshould create aspiritual andintellectualRepublicwhere every citizenwillpay much attention toself-improvementand self-realizationsimultaneously helpinglike-minded persons in thesociety andcountry.

Article5

Creation of the Global Spiritual & Informational Parliament with the global unified anti-crisis system on the basis of cities and countries.

Article 6

Each person, wherever he is, has the right on recognition of his right of personality.

Article 7

Acceptance of the positive model of thinking, speech and activity facilitates the execution of 12 Laws of the system of the human consciousness.

Article 8

All people are equal under the law and have the right on equal legal protection without discrimination. All people have the right on equal protection from any discrimination breaking this Declaration and any instigation to such discrimination.

Article 9

Each person has the right on effective restoration of their rights by competent national courts if such person’s basic rights provided by the Constitution or laws have been violated.

Article 10

Nobody can be arbitrary arrested, seized or expelled.

Article11

The Unified Global Security System, as well as energoinformational protection from social, economic, political and space cataclysms, are required to be created.  

Article 12

The Uniform Cosmohumanistic Culture is necessary to be formed. “Space” is the order, evolutionary law; “humanism” – humanistic.

Article13

Informatiology is the generalized scientific field of the World Uniform Cosmohumanistic System. The modern information model is rooted in the objective unity of sociocultural spiritual development of the mankind.

Article 14

The human must have a possibility to protect themselves from negative information because it causes social cataclysms and unhealthy phenomena in the mass consciousness giving rise to the pessimistic feelings of tragicalness of existence. Egregors of Belief, Cleanness of the Spirit, Love and Kindness are required to be created.

Article15

Innovative development of social & psychological and spiritual & moral models of information systems should conform to synthesis of intuition and logical methods of learning as well as commonwealth of humanitarian & arts, philosophic & theological and scientific & technical cultures.

Article16

Institutes of Learning of the Human, Earth and Space at the United Nations Organization and 12 basic spiritual & evolutionary Laws of the Human are required to be established on the legal basis of OSCE and UNO. This will speed up the creation of the Cosmohumanistic Civilization of the Creator’s Golden Age.

Article17

Spiritual & information society of the third millennium and global social elite are required to be created.

Article 18

No one shall be subjected to interference with his privacy, family, random attacks on family, home, correspondence, or attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attack.

Article 19

1. Everyone has the right on freedom of movement and residence within the borders of any state.

2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including their own, and to return freely to their country.

Article 20

1. Everyone has the right to seek asylum from persecution in other countries and use such asylum on equal rights as it do residents of those countries.

2. This right may not be used in the case of prosecutions arising from committing non-political crimes or acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations Organization and the World Cosmohumanistic Organization of United Nations.

Article 21

1. Everyone has the right to citizenship in any country.

2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his citizenship or the right to change their nationality.

Article 22

1. Men and women of full age have the right, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, to marry and found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.

2. Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.

3. Family is the natural and fundamental unit of the society and is entitled to protection by the society and the State.

Article 23

1. Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to fair and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.

2. Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.

3. Everyone who works has the right to fair and favorable remuneration ensuring a dignified existence for himself and his family, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social security.

4. Everyone has the right to form trade unions and to join trade unions for protection of his interests.

Article 24

Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including the right on reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

Article 25

1. Everyone has the right to such a standard of living, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, which is essential for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances for reasons beyond his control.

2. Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the equal social protection.

Article 26

1. Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and general stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

2. Education shall be directed to the education, discovery and development of cultural, intellectual and spiritual and moral personality as well as respect of civilizational values. Education should foster the understanding, tolerance, forgiveness and harmonious unity with all peoples of the world. It should completely eliminate the symptoms leading a person all manifestations of negative life. It shall promote activities in the World Cosmohumanistic Organization of United Nations and UNO to maintain a stable peace in the world.

3. Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education for their minor children and children of majority age, but children have an absolute right to free choice of education and profession.

Article 27

1. Everyone has the right to health, longevity and active life.

2. Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts, to participate in scientific progress and use its benefits.

3. Everyone has the right to the protection of his moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.

Article28

Everyone has the right to social, economic and international careers and the status in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.

Article 29

1. Everyone has duties to the community where the free and full development of his personality is possible only.

2. In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.

3. These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the World Cosmohumanistic Organization of United Nations.

Article30

Nothing hereunder may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration.
